We're currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our People & Culture support team. This is a long-term, stable opportunity for someone looking to grow within HR, recruitment, and operations.
About the Role
This is a part-time role designed for those who looking to build real-world HR experience. You'll provide support across a range of responsibilities, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and internal HR projects.
You'll be an integral part of our HR function, gaining continuous hands-on exposure to how modern talent operations work — with space to grow into higher-level roles as your skills develop.
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinate end-to-end recruitment support for client and internal roles
*Be the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and timely experience
*Assist in preparing employment contracts, variation letters, and HR documentation
*Liaise with Payroll to ensure employee changes are recorded accurately
*Support training sessions, content creation, and internal communication initiatives
What We're Looking For - Bonus, not a must
*Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business, Psychology, or related fields
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Highly organised and detail-focused, with great time management
*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
*Positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
*Previous experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems is a bonus, not a must
