100\% ENG Share house in Central

Hi, we are looking for a quiet, respectful and clean housemate to live with us. We have a shared room available for a girl only. If you move into our house, you’ll share the room with two girls.

Our house is just 2 minutes away from Central station. Fridge, washing machine, stove, microwave, netflix etc.. lots of stuffs are arranged. And also your room is fully furnished (a private bed, desk, wardrobe)

Basically, most of our housemates are students or workers, so we like chilling at home but don’t have a party too much.

$160 a week All bills are included (Electricity, gas, water and unlimited internet)

2 weeks pay in advance / 3 weeks bond is required / 3 months minimum stay / 2 weeks notice
