Hi, I'm James. I'm a 36 year old working professional and enjoy photography, bush walking etc.
We have a room for rent in Kensington.
You will get your own room all to yourself.
Absolute privacy. Rental will be $275 per week including all bills. Bond to be 2 weeks rent.
It's a 2 bedders unit and you will be sharing with 2 friendly housemates.
We don't party and are looking for a quiet, clean and tidy non smoker who is respectful of privacy to share this unit (prefereably long term stay).
It's a furnished room with study desk, chair, bed, pillow, quilt and wardrobe.

Kensington is a short 15 mins bus ride to the city.
It is right next to University of New South Wales and there are heaps of restaurant and grocery shops around here.
It is a short 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop and the secured unit is located in a very safe neighbourhood.
