We have different nationalities which will ensure a fun atmosphere and a chance of cultural exchange. We are all studying and working in Sydney.

The apartment is located just in the heart of the city. It only takes 3 minutes to QVB, Town Hall and Woolworth, and only 1 min to Darling Harbour.

You will have a spacious, clean and tidy room with your own bathroom . Everything is ready in your room including huge wardrobe.

You can also see city skylines from your room. Your bed and mattress are brand new. We have 2 sides of balconies. One is facing Darling Harbour which is in the living room, the other is facing Sydney City

It is not overcrowded. Including you it will be only 5 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms apartment. No one in living room or sunny room!!!

You will have your own key!!! Full equiped kitchen. Washing machine. 42" LCD, home theatre system, Blue Ray dvd player in living room.

One car park space available.

Building facilities: swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym and jacuzzi. Including all the bills - wireless internet, electricity, gas, water.

$240 per person for second room - huge wardrobe with your own bathroom in your room.
