I'm offering a 2 bedroom unit for sharing preferably with people from Indian origin in “Wollstonecraft”, which is one of the best and safe suburbs of Sydney. It is just 100 meters from the train station (15 minute train ride to the Sydney cbd) and a short walk to the shops. You name the facility and it is available in Wollstonecraft.

DETAILS OF PROPERTY AND RENT

The unit has 2 bedrooms and I’ll be occupying the small room.
I would either prefer a single person to pay $260 (excluding bills) for the big room or two people to share that room for $130 per person (excluding bills).
